SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Note: Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Pelota Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows delivered but you haven’t received the item, please contact the carrier directly.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, we’ve got you.
Returns:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return.
To start a return, contact us at support@pelotabrand.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. For size exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
